The valve, together with the mobile hand-held measuring instrument, gives you the right perspective and mercilessly uncovers existing disruptive factors. Volumetric flows can be precisely determined and regulated and operating conditions can be documented. That increases reliability when operating both new and existing plants. Regulating the required volume flows greatly improves the temperature presence at the tapping points. Regulating the circulation system by adjusting the volume flows and monitoring the temperatures facilitates utilization of the maximum possible energy-saving potential. Achieve effective, time-saving system regulation by combining the measurement valve with KEMPER MULTI-FIX regulating valves. The flow measurement fitting with an integrated vortex flow sensor and a Pt 1000 is used to precisely determine the volumetric flow rates, flow velocities and temperatures in drinking water installations. The sensor measuring module is used as an interface between the hand-held measuring instrument and the KEMPER CONTROL-PLUS sensors to measure the temperature, volume flow or system pressure (sensors with 4...20 mA or 0...10 V output signal) when they are permanently installed in these inaccessible areas such as underneath suspended ceilings, shafts, supply ducts, etc. In such situations, mount the sensor measuring module in an easily accessible area to make reading unproblematic.
The KEMPER CONTROL-PLUS pressure measuring sensor Figure 138 00 006 is used in buildings for exact determination of the pressure conditions between 0 and 1 MPa (0 to 10 bar). With its G 1/4 male thread, it can be connected to all commercially available valve drainage tappets or connected directly to the KEMPER MULTI-T-ADAPTER. The KEMPER CONTROL-PLUS temperature sensor, Figure 138 00 003, is used for the precise measurement of the water temperature in the range from 0 to 99 °C, for instance to determine the temperature presence as per DIN 1988-200 at a tapping point. The KEMPER temperature measurement valve PT1000, Figure 628 0G, is used for the precise measurement of the water temperature in the range from 0 to 99 °C. It is permanently installed in the drinking water installation to be able to acquire the temperature at one particular point. The KEMPER CONTROL-PLUS volume flow sensor, Figure 138 4G/138 6G, is used for the precise measurement of the volume flow in the drinking water systems corresponding to its measurement range. Signals with 0 to 10 V (Figure 138 4G) as well as signals with 4 to 20 mA (Figure 138 6G) can be generated and forwarded.
